About the Journal
Interdisciplinary Journal of Social Sciences and Digital Transformation is an open-access journal published by VitaFront Press. It provides a forum for scholarly research at the intersection of social sciences, organizational behavior, digital finance, leadership studies, and legal transformation — with comparative insights from Canada and other countries.
The journal welcomes original research on digital financial inclusion and poverty reduction, gender and leadership in academic settings, workplace relationships and organizational citizenship, leadership behavior and employee initiative, and anti-corruption legal systems. All submissions undergo peer review and are published open access.
