About the Journal
Global Environmental Law and Climate Policy is an open-access journal published by VitaFront Press. It provides a forum for scholarly research on environmental law, climate change governance, ecological protection, and comparative legal studies — with particular emphasis on dialogue between China and Canada.
The journal welcomes original research on public participation in environmental decision-making, restorative justice in environmental crime governance, climate policy and carbon neutrality, environmental liability, and urban planning regulation. All submissions undergo peer review and are published open access.
Aims & Scope
The journal covers, but is not limited to, the following areas:
- Environmental law and ecological governance
- Climate change law and carbon neutrality ("Dual Carbon") policy
